RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR AL KHATIB GOLD

INSIDE THE UAE 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD: Our return policy extends for a period of 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

 

  1 . ELIGIBILTY FOR RETURN AND REFUND:

  • Items must be returned  within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
  • We only accept return items if they are defective or damaged

  2 . EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, You can either visit our branch or send us an email at info@alkhatibgold.com and mail your product to:

EXCLUSIONS: 

  • Earrings and Nose pins for hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry can not be returned.
  • Gold Bars and Gold Coins are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; the only option available is repurchasing them back from you at the prevailing market price for gold on that day.
  • Gift Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD: Our return policy extends for a period of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within  7-14 business days.If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
